Nolita Townhouse

Cortney and Robert Novogratz transformed a former gun shop at 5 Centre Market Place in Nolita into a distinctive five-story townhouse. A standout feature is the domed rooftop basketball court, inspired by the adjacent historic police building, creating a visual dialogue between the structures. The interior boasts Venetian plaster walls, a terrace adorned with cherry trees, and a blend of modern amenities with vintage charm, reflecting the Novogratz's signature eclectic style.
