West Village Townhouse

Cortney and Robert Novogratz transformed a former garage at 400 West Street into a vibrant 7,200-square-foot townhouse that epitomizes their eclectic design aesthetic. The five-story residence features expansive glass windows offering views of the Hudson River, seamlessly blending modern and vintage elements. Notable highlights include an indoor basketball court that doubles as a screening room, a rooftop terrace equipped with a hot tub and wood-burning pizza oven, and a living area with a retractable glass door leading to a private garden. This unique property showcases the Novogratz’s flair for creating dynamic, family-friendly spaces in urban settings.
